This Week!

Chris and I actually got to spend this week at home! I know it probably doesn't seem like much but we have not spent a whole week at home since Christmas! We have been watching different children one week and two of the weekends. I love doing what I do but it is nice to come home. Because I have not been home I had not taken down my Christmas tree. (SAD HUH?) I finally got to on Monday, my mom came over and helped me. As well as helping me do a little decorating in our bedroom. I will have to post pictures later.

I was supposed to go and help with the quads on Tuesday but felt like I was getting a cold and didn't want to get them sick. I think I am over it now. YAY!!!!!!!!!! Since I was not going to help with them I took care of a ticket I had gotten. That's right I got my first speeding ticket and here is the best part. I am a nanny and I was speeding in a school zone. HA! Only two over but you know I still had to pay a fine. Ok, thats it for now.

To Suz: I am glad you found my blog, I started this one so I could comment on yours (not that you need my comments). You are probably the only one that reads it for now. I have another blog on another site but I think I may switch to this one and delete the other one.

As you all know now I am volunteering with quads. The mother of those quads has recently met another mother who is going to have quads. She is having a C-Section today and I would love it if you would all pray for her and those babies. The crazy part is that she lives in the town that I Nanny in. Crazy huh? It's a pretty small town. Her name is Casey Gerwer. Please just keep praying for her family. Anyways I am texting back and forth with my friend who is there and will keep you guys posted. Sometimes I wonder if God might be preparing me for something. QUADS QUADS Everywhere....my quad mom friend (SUZ) always jokes about that. Well maybe not quads but I am sure around a lot of people who have four children. So maybe God is preparing me or giving Chris and I birth control. Oh well glad I can help with the Steece quads and would really love to meet the Gerwer Quads.

Monday free time

Well it's monday and I am finally back to a normal schedule again!! Well sort of...we are housesitting & Babysitting for my aunt and Uncle. But the kids are at school and Chris is at work for the day. I have the house to myself. While this would normally not be a good thing to me all I have to say is YAY!!!!!!! I am away from my apartment so I don't have to do the hundred things I should be doing there. Like taking down the christmas tree!!! I could go home and take care of them but I am relaxing today. I took Defensive driving online last night and this morning so I am tired. I am going to the ladies devo night at church and thats about it. LTC started big time on Sunday...so you know what that means. Chris has to be up at church until 4 on Sundays if not later. It wasn't that bad! We have such good kids. I am still working as a nanny part time, helping Kimberly and Steven with Gillian on Thursday nights (when I can, Sorry!) I am also volunteering with a family that just had quads. The mother is becoming one of my good friends. I look foward to going over there every week. I will post another blog about them later with pictures. Chris's jobs keep him very busy and in turn sometimes keep me busy still...but we like to stay that way. I know that I haven't updated in a while but I thought I would start again...we will see.
